Gift Voucher Policy
 

The Gift Voucher Card (Visus Voucher) is the property of LUXURY EJE CAFETERO S.A.S., with Tax Identification Number 901.196.414-5, hereinafter VISUS, which issues it, and the holder is merely the custodian.

 

Visus Voucher is available in the following formats:
 

1. Physical card, available for sale at the VISUS HOTEL BOUTIQUE & SPA reception desk and at authorized distributors located by the hotel in the city of Pereira and the surrounding region.
2. Visual card, available for sale at www.hotelvisus.com. The sale of both Visus Voucher formats is subject to availability in Colombia.
3. The card, as a means of payment, allows you to purchase any item for sale. At Visus Hotel Boutique, located in Pereira, Risaralda. All services are subject to availability; therefore, the Visus Voucher holder must make the reservation in order to receive the service and comply with the terms and conditions of their reservation in a timely manner.

4. The Visus Voucher can be purchased through any of the payment methods accepted on the website www.hotelvisus.com or at the Visus Hotel Boutique & Spa reception desk. These methods are published on the website and can be consulted through the contact methods provided as a communication channel for Visus Hotel Boutique & Spa.

5. The Visus Voucher balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

6. The card can be used as many times as desired until the total amount issued is exhausted.

7. If the purchase exceeds the available balance of the Visus Voucher, the difference must be paid through any payment method accepted at the Visus Hotel Boutique & Spa reception desk. The available balance can be consulted at the hotel reception desk using the ID number associated with the Visus Voucher.

8. Service reservations made with the Visus Voucher are subject to the same cancellation policies as other services booked through the website, WhatsApp chat, digital platforms, or phone support. These may incur penalties that affect the Visus Voucher balance.

9. The Visus Voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase of the physical card or the date of the Visus Virtual Voucher confirmation email. Once this date has expired, it cannot be used and the balance cannot be redeemed.

10. The physical Visus Voucher is a bearer document. The cardholder is solely responsible for its use and safekeeping. Visus Hotel Boutique will not replace the physical card in the event of theft, loss, misplacement, or damage.

11. If you purchase a Virtual Visus Voucher at www.hotelvisus.com, Visus will not be liable for any non-receipt or delay in receipt of the Visus Voucher by its recipient for reasons beyond the control of Visus Hotel Boutique and Spa, including: i) inaccuracy in the information provided by the Visus Voucher recipient; ii) the inability to deliver the Visus Voucher to the email account provided due to issues inherent to said email account, or classification as spam or junk mail. iii) Any failure in the email system attributable to the servers or an event that prevents communication with said messaging methods.

12. Illegally acquired cards may not be used or redeemed; they will be void.

13. Visus Vouchers may not be used for advertising purposes or to promote products or services marketed by third parties, except with prior written agreement and authorization from Visus Hotel Boutique and Spa.

14. The purchase of a Visus Voucher implies full acceptance of these general conditions, which were delivered at the time of purchase and are available at www.hotelvisus.com
