Check-in Policy - Check-out, Use of Facilities, and General Rules
Check-in
Check-in time is 3:00 pm. Early check-in is possible provided the reserved suite is available or the guest agrees to a change to another suite and it is feasible, for the same rate or an additional charge equivalent to the rate difference.
Check-out
- Check-out time is set for 12:30 pm on the day of departure.
- To avoid inconveniences, it is recommended that you contact the reception desk in advance to prepare your account and avoid delays to your travel plans.
- If you wish to extend your stay or check out late, please contact the reception desk, who will confirm the availability based on hotel occupancy.
- If you fail to notify the hotel and check out after the established check-out time, a 35% penalty will be applied. Due to hotel capacity, late check-out times are sometimes not possible.
Use of Facilities
- All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a safe, a Smart TV with DIRECTV cable, Wi-Fi, and other features designed for your comfort.
- Access to wet areas (pool and jacuzzi) is permitted until midnight.
- In hotel areas and guest rooms, the use of music or loud noise is permitted until 11:00 PM. After this time, any excess will result in a penalty of COP 150,000.
- The use of cigarettes, cigars, tobacco, cannabis extracts, and/or herbs with psychoactive properties in the rooms is prohibited and will incur a charge of COP 200,000, corresponding to the deep deodorization of the suite.
- Guests are only allowed in the hotel's social areas. If a guest enters the room and stays for more than 20 minutes, an additional person charge of COP 280,000 will be applied.
- The replacement cost for room access cards is $30,000 COP. We ask that you take good care of them, as with all other hotel facilities.
Responsibility and Sustainability

- We guarantee the protection of human rights and reject any act of racism or discrimination.
- We reject sexual exploitation, pornography, and sex tourism involving minors, complying with Law 679 of 2001 and Law 1336 of 2009.
- We adhere to Laws 17 and 1333, which aim to prevent illegal trafficking in flora and fauna, as well as Law 63 of 1986 and Law 1185 of 2008 to prevent trafficking in cultural property.
- We follow Resolution 0584 of 2002, which declares wild species threatened in the national territory
