LUXURY EJE CAFETERO GROUP S.A.S. will guarantee the confidentiality, freedom, security, veracity, transparency, access, and restricted circulation of my data and reserves the right to modify its Personal Data Processing Policy at any time. Any changes will be notified and published promptly on the website.
 

8. Taking the foregoing into account, I voluntarily, prior, explicit, informed, and unequivocal authorize LUXURY EJE CAFETERO GROUP S.A.S. To process my personal data, I sign and video record in accordance with its Personal Data Processing Policy for the purposes related to its purpose and, in particular, for the legal, contractual, and mission-related purposes described in the Privacy and Personal Data Policy Manual.

The guest authorizes LUXURY EJE CAFETERO GROUP SAS to collect and use the information and personal data provided by the guest on the Hotel Registration Card, in accordance with the secure information processing policies established by the Hotel itself and by current laws, for the purpose of conducting loyalty activities and contacting the data subject to send service surveys and communicate invitations and offers.

10. The information obtained for the processing of my personal data has been provided voluntarily and is truthful.
